We aim to find a company in the US within a growing industry, with recurring revenues, customer diversification, ARR above $3.0 million or EBITDA above $2.5 million (+15% EBITDA margins).
We differentiate ourselves from other potential acquirers in several dimensions.

Fragmented market with low external risks
Recurring revenue or predictive customer behavior
Track record of consistent growth and profitability
Owner with strong motivation to sell
We are neither a private equity nor a strategic buyer. We are not in the business of flipping companies for a profit.
